For eksempel kan du kombinere det \u00e5 skli fra side til side med vippebevegelsen: Vipp h\u00f8yre hofte ned &#8211; skli mot h\u00f8yre &#8211; vipp venstre hofte ned &#8211; skli mot venstre. Det blir nesten som \u00e5 bevege hoftene i et \u00e5ttetall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kan faktisk gj\u00f8re akkurat de samme bevegelsene med skuldrene i stedet for hoftene.
