Jeg hadde tenkt at vi kunne bruke litt tid sammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Han kikket bort p\u00e5 meg. Jeg fikk en spr\u00f8 ide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Vel, jeg har en ide. Skal vi pr\u00f8ve litt naken par-yoga?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Han s\u00e5 ut som om jeg hadde foresl\u00e5tt at vi skulle starte et politisk parti for v\u00e5ryre kalver uten styr p\u00e5 egen kropp. Yoga er ikke hans greie. Egentlig bor vi i hver v\u00e5r halvstive kropp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men, hvorfor ikke? Om ikke annet ville vi f\u00e5 oss en god latter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og latter ble det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color\" style=\"color:#8224e3\">\u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi tok utgangspunkt i stillingene p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/yogarove.com\/yoga-poses-for-two-people\/\">www.yogarove.com<\/a>. En del stillinger bladde vi riktignok raskt forbi mens vi ristet lattermildt p\u00e5 hodet. Men vi fant ogs\u00e5 en del vi klarte \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re. P\u00e5 v\u00e5r m\u00e5te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>St\u00f8ttet Sukhasana<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi begynte rolig med \u00e5 sitte rygg mot rygg og beina i kryss. Kn\u00e6rne ber\u00f8rte hverandre og hendene st\u00f8ttet vi mot hverandres l\u00e5r. Vi lente oss litt mot hverandre og pr\u00f8vde \u00e5 holde ryggen rett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette var egentlig en ganske intens stilling. I alle fall da vi hadde \u00f8ynene \u00e5pne og pr\u00f8vde \u00e5 puste i takt. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Sittende twist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igjen satte vi oss med ryggen mot hverandre og beina i kryss. Deretter vred vi oss begge mot venstre og la v\u00e5r venstre h\u00e5nd p\u00e5 den andres h\u00f8yre l\u00e5r. H\u00f8yre h\u00e5nd la vi p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt eget venstre l\u00e5r. Vi fant ut at det enkleste for \u00e5 f\u00e5 f\u00f8ttene opp p\u00e5 plass, var \u00e5 bruke hendene p\u00e5 samme side til \u00e5 plassere dem. Deretter plasserte vi h\u00e5ndflatene mot hverandre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg kan stolt si at jeg fikk min fot h\u00f8yere opp enn han fikk sin. Vi klarte ikke holde balansen lenge i denne stillingen, men vi f\u00f8lte oss skikkelig yoga-like.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Dobbel b\u00e5t<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egentlig skulle beina rett til v\u00e6rs og fotbladene v\u00e5re hvile mot hverandres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Det var ikke aktuelt for oss. V\u00e5r \u00abdoble b\u00e5t\u00bb, lignet mer en sprukken, gammel holk. Men den gj\u00f8r sikkert nytten. Magen f\u00e5r kj\u00f8rt seg og balansen utfordret likevel. Jeg ville ha veltet forover hvis ikke hendene mine l\u00e5 trygt p\u00e5 ryggen hans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I en lignende stilling, skal begge l\u00f8fte en fot slik at den g\u00e5r rett bakover. Vi pr\u00f8vde. Og mer er det egentlig ikke \u00e5 si om det.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>St\u00e5ende foroverlent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De smidige jentene p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/yogarove.com\/yoga-poses-for-two-people\/\">yogarove.com<\/a> stod rumpe mot rumpe, begge lent forover med strake bein og holdt p\u00e5 hverandres legger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi skj\u00f8nte raskt at det var helt umulig for oss. S\u00e5 vi b\u00f8yde litt i beina og holdt hverandre i hendene. Vi klarte oss fint med albuene.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>St\u00f8ttet foroverlent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5 lene seg forover og stole p\u00e5 at partneren holdt fast, krevde ogs\u00e5 tillit. Det tok noen fors\u00f8k f\u00f8r vi klarte \u00e5 f\u00e5 det til. Vi m\u00e5tte lene oss fremover samtidig. Det innerste beinet skulle v\u00e6re strakt og det ytterste b\u00f8yd. Jeg synes den var akkurat passe tung. Jeg slappet veldig av da jeg l\u00e5 opp\u00e5 ham. Han slappet ikke s\u00e5 mye av. Vi hadde det i alle fall veldig morsomt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par-yoga krever og trener tillit p\u00e5 en annen m\u00e5te enn vi er vant med. Det var egentlig litt fint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi l\u00e6rte noen stillinger vi kan bruke som styrke\u00f8velser vi kan gj\u00f8re sammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det med \u00e5 puste rolig og synkronisere bevegelse og pusting er viktig i yoga. Helt \u00e6rlig fungerte det ikke for oss denne gangen.
