Boken er basert p\u00e5 intervjuer av nesten 6000 kvinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Noen gutter og jenter kan f\u00e5 orgasme n\u00e5r de klatrer p\u00e5 en stolpe eller i et tau, eller slipper seg sakte ned en stolpe eller noe lignende<\/em>.<\/p><cite>Kinsey (1953)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>I 2011 gjennomf\u00f8rte forskere en sp\u00f8rreunders\u00f8kelse av 124 kvinner som hadde opplevd det de kalte treningsutl\u00f8st orgasme (popul\u00e6rt kalt coregasme), og 246 kvinner som hadde opplevd treningsutl\u00f8st seksuell nytelse<sup class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote \" data-mfn=\"1\" data-mfn-post-scope=\"00000000000008c50000000000000000_7499\"><a href=\"javascript:void(0)\"  role=\"button\" aria-pressed=\"false\" aria-describedby=\"mfn-content-00000000000008c50000000000000000_7499-1\">1<\/a><\/sup><span id=\"mfn-content-00000000000008c50000000000000000_7499-1\" role=\"tooltip\" class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote__note\" tabindex=\"0\" data-mfn=\"1\">Herbenick, D., &amp; Fortenberry, J. D. (2011). Exercise-induced orgasm and pleasure among women.&nbsp;<em>Sexual and Relationship Therapy<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>26<\/em>(4), 373-388.<\/span>. Kvinnene var i alderen 18 til 63. De fleste var i parforhold og ca. 70% identifiserte seg som heterofile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noen av funnene i studien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gjennomsnittetsalderen for f\u00f8rste coregasme var 18.9 \u00e5r.<\/li><li>Sv\u00e6rt f\u00e5 av kvinnene fantaserte seksuelt eller tenkte p\u00e5 noen de var tiltrukket av, for \u00e5 f\u00e5 coregasme.<\/li><li>Rundt 40% av kvinnene som hadde opplevd treningsutl\u00f8st orgasme eller seksuell nytelse, hadde opplevd det mer enn 10 ganger.<\/li><li>Rundt 20% av kvinnene kunne ikke kontrollere opplevelsen &#8211; selv n\u00e5r de trente p\u00e5 offentlige steder<\/li><li>De vanligste \u00f8velsene som utl\u00f8ste orgasme, var mage\u00f8velser, klatring og vektl\u00f8fting.<\/li><li>De vanligste \u00f8velsene som utl\u00f8ste seksuell nytelse, var sykling\/spinning, mage\u00f8velser og vektl\u00f8fting.<\/li><li>Kvinnene rapporterte at de konsentrerte seg fullstendig om \u00f8velsene og var mentalt avslappet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvilken type trening?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvinnenes svar p\u00e5 hva slags trening som hadde utl\u00f8st deres orgasme i l\u00f8pet av de siste 90 dagene:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"h5p-iframe-wrapper\"><iframe id=\"h5p-iframe-27\" class=\"h5p-iframe\" data-content-id=\"27\" style=\"height:1px\" src=\"about:blank\" frameBorder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" title=\"Hva utl\u00f8ste din corgasme?\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Merk at tallene er i prosent og at summen er mer enn 100%. Noen f\u00e5r. Andre f\u00e5r ikke. Men muligheten kan kanskje gi litt ekstra motivasjon til \u00e5 trene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg til at kroppen stimuleres innenfra n\u00e5r vi trener, \u00f8kes blodstr\u00f8mmen og kroppen utl\u00f8ser endorfin og dopamin. Det bidrar ogs\u00e5 til orgasmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Husk:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Spen pc-muskelen hver gang du spenner magen. Hvis du jogger, g\u00e5r eller sykler, s\u00e5 spen magen og pc-muskelen hver gang du tr\u00f8r ned.<\/li><li>V\u00e6r til stede i \u00f8velsen. Konsentrer deg om det du gj\u00f8r.<\/li><li>Fortsett til musklene dirrer. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Siden mage\u00f8velser er det som utl\u00f8ser orgasmer hos flest kvinner, er det nok her du b\u00f8r starte. Sterke magemuskler er uansett en fordel under samleie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kan egentlig bruke akkurat de \u00f8velsene du \u00f8nsker.
